With over 20 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, Natacha’s journey began in 2002 during her university years, shaping a career dedicated to excellence in this field. Working across multiple business units, she has honed her skills in driving cost efficiency, optimizing last-mile delivery, urban logistics, ensuring customs compliance, negotiating effectively with social partners and suppliers, and enhancing customer service standards.

Her expertise extends to the successful implementation of new ERP systems and advanced automation technologies, revolutionizing operational efficiency and enhancing decision-making processes. Additionally, she has a strong focus on fostering a safety-first culture within the workforce, prioritizing employee well-being and operational excellence.

Complementing her practical experience, Natacha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University, providing a solid academic foundation for her work. Furthermore, she has undertaken executive education programs focusing on the fundamentals of legislation in customs and excise at HEC Liège, enhancing her knowledge and expertise in regulatory compliance within the supply chain industry. Marouan Hajji

With over 15 years of international experience in Supply Chain Management, Marouan brings a wealth of expertise to his consulting practice. He has worked extensively across Europe, including roles in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Proficient in driving cost optimization, profitability improvements, and enhanced customer service, Marouan has a proven track record of designing and implementing robust safety cultures within diverse workforces, ensuring operational compliance and employee wellbeing.

Marouan was instrumental in implementing new enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools across the transportation units on multiple occasions and he actively strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive transformation and restructuring initiatives, leveraging his expertise to drive organizational change, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across global markets.

Complementing his practical experience, Marouan holds an Executive MBA from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium, as well as a spectrum of executive education programs undertaken across various prestigious institutions such as Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and Singapore Management University.
